Placing an order requires the buyer to create a personal account. If the buyer does not already have an account, they must fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) to create one. The buyer must provide accurate information, including a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential), which will be used for future identification on the site.
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Cardamine is not responsible for unauthorized account access or identity theft. Personal information collected for remote sales is necessary for processing and delivering orders, as well as issuing invoices.

Orders
Customers can place orders online from our product catalog, subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, customers will be notified by email. To validate an order, the buyer must accept these terms and conditions, choose a delivery address and method, and confirm payment.
The sale will be considered final:
- After the seller sends an email confirming acceptance of the order.
- After the seller receives full payment for the order.
Any issues, such as non-payment, incorrect addresses, or other account-related problems, may result in the seller holding the order until resolved. In such cases, the product may be canceled, and any applicable refunds will be issued, while the rest of the order remains valid.
For questions regarding order tracking, please use the contact form found at the bottom of each page.
Pricing
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time but will apply the rates in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and do not include shipping costs, which are added before final confirmation of the order. Sales tax is applied based on the shipping address and applicable regulations.
Full payment must be made when the order is placed. At no point will any payment be considered a deposit. If any additional taxes or fees (such as environmental contributions) are created or modified, these will be reflected in the product price.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the buyer. Products are shipped according to the following methods:
- Standard Shipping (USA): Delivery within 3-5 business days. A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Express Shipping (USA): Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country. Customs fees may apply depending on the country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. If the buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping company may leave a notice for redelivery or package collection.
If the original packaging is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the items and refuse the package if the products are damaged. The buyer should note any issues on the delivery slip.
Returns and Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order (delivery issue, damaged package, missing items), please contact us via the form at the bottom of each page or on the return request page.
Buyers have 14 days from the delivery date to return any product in its original condition (sealed and unopened) for a refund or exchange. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a defective product.
Refunds or exchanges (depending on availability) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Force Majeure
Any circumstances beyond the control of either party that prevent the normal execution of their obligations are considered force majeure, releasing both parties from liability. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, transport blockages, government restrictions, or telecommunications issues.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of [State] (or the country in which the business is based). Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with the jurisdiction of [appropriate court or legal entity].
Product Warranty
The seller guarantees that the products sold conform to the contract and are free from defects. In case of a defective product, buyers have two years from the date of purchase to request repairs, replacements, or refunds, depending on the issue. Buyers must contact the seller for further instructions.
